    Rear shock relocation brackets

Biggest thing about shock brackets, and crimping the shocks seem to be common, is clobbering a mount and bending the housing. Not a giant issue if you're not running a drop in locker, but can be very Dangerous if you are. Most of the peeps on this site aren't using their Yjs' for toys, just be...

    Arb locker leak (new owner)

Not yet got the front together, but the D489 rear seams to to work well enough. Mechanical locking diffs have been in use for a century, so the OX appealed to me. I have read here there are some clearance issues with the tie rod on the front, I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

1990 YJ won't go over 2000 RPM after having new tires put on

Just a 2" change in size can absolutely Zap power. Had a J20 I was running 32s' on and it was fine, went to 34s' and instant turd. And it had a 360. Granted a different animal, but same principal.

    93 YJlift

OME seems to be the way to go, albeit pricey. Wish I had known about them before doing the Rough Country lift on mine. They put the Rough in Country, buck-board!

    2.5L upgrade...

Well it's possible, and worth it if you have the $ or the talent. I put a 175hp Hot-Rod 2.0 Pinto mill in my old '43 GPW many years ago. But it took a Lot of fabricating, including a bell housing for the Chevy SM420 tranny I wanted (and still do). But that little Hot-Rod motor was Everything I...

    Disappearing oil

I just got out of an '03 Merc with a bad rear main and it was using about the same amount, a LOT! Got an opportunity to replace the vehicle and walk away from it, so I did. It's another Merc, but a few years newer and so far so good. Have not noticed any oil consumption issues with my '91, but I...

    Disappearing oil

Having been in the industrial world, just seemed logical. I've broached this subject before, and I'm still curious if any one else has done this and the schedule.

    Disappearing oil

My Jeep runs so few miles and idles most of the time when it does, I've been looking into hour-meters. Like the kind they use to service heavy equipment....Just a thought.

    Dual A pillar cube mounts

Oh, I'm sorry i misunderstood you what you were looking for. But trust me, if you do any kind of serious wheeling, you will eventually need it. Never been to Bernadino, but I would someday like to wheel the hammers.

    Dual A pillar cube mounts

If your looking to build a front cage the only real A pillar mounts I have found were from Poison Spyder. Not crazy about the style, but what can you do. Been trying to go this route myself, as having actually used a cage once, I find them on the mandatory side...
