That looks like a bundle of joy. Good luck with your build. I’m in the same process but keeping the original drivetrain.
Might want to rethink keeping the factory stuff, I killed my D35 with a 2.5 on the first trip out.
Beefed up, the 30 in front is OK up to 35s' but the D35 is absolute JUNK!
Ended up having a custom D489 built, not in the plans, but it seems the Jeep had others plans.
Especially if you plan on a lunch-box locker, the housings bend very easily and that style locker is VERY temperamental to that kind of damage. (how I trashed mine all it took was 1/8")
 
I think I can just squeak in a tight 90 on that hose end. I need my heat too. I was able to plumb in the coolant lines and power steering lines. Reservoir is mocked up but I need flat strap to fab mounts. Same idea for electric fans. More to come tomorrow. Super duty axles to follow soon I think.

Power steering reservoir in and air intake mocked up. Need to weld up the filter mount still but you get the idea.
