Rear brake conversion

Is there a cheaper way (junk yard find) to converting my 88 jeep wrangler yj rear brakes from drum to disc?

I'm not too sure about that...thinking a late model TJ rear disc axle would be the way to go. You'd have to modify it a bit...cut off the spring perches, that sort of thing...
