Front upper seat belt spacer ?

I know on the 1987-1990 models the front upper seat belt used a plastic bushing of sorts. This was used behind the bolt head. I don't recall these being used on 1992 and up can anyone confirm? This is the connection to the roll bar. Thanks in advance

Thank you very much for the picture. To me it looks like no plastic spacer/bushing. It must be an early yj thing maybe exclusive to the sport bar. Thanks again

No spacer on my 1994, mine is exactly as Flyer showed. The torx bolt bottoms out in the roll cage leaving a small gap for the seat belt upper connection to swing around as needed. Then a plastic cap goes over the bolt head to make it purty.
