Besides the number of bolts to hold the CPS down are there any differences between the manual and auto version? I swapped from a 5spd to an AW4 going on 8 years ago and didn't change the CPS at the time. To the best of my knowledge I haven't changed it since I bought 10 years ago.

AW4 uses the same one as the manual, 2 bolt. 3 speed auto in the YJ is different, 1 bolt.
That explains why it's still working then, thank you. Need to get a spare ordered for the parts shelf.
