How do you eliminate the ECM as the problem for no start

what brand of plugs are you using? is there a chance that you could takes some photos of eng bay and post, maybe we can spot something that might help, with all the hard work that you done, it got to be thing simple that is missed?

If the PCM spits out the 55 code, the PCM is at least alive, there are codes for various PCM failures as well.

Since that picture I have installed belt and radiator

The only thing that comes to mind is you might have a weak coil. Since it is not firing on starting fluid or gas, maybe the spark is too weak.

Yeah that's about the only thing left to replace

All made in China, would last weeks to months, maybe a yr.

Finally got a Blue Streak by Standard on it and it's been good since Apr 2020. Made in Poland.

The problem is obvious, it’s too clean under that hood. Jeeps aren’t used to running clean.
