Anybody ever retube a dana 30 to totally eliminate the CAD? I know it's a ton of work for little gain but I'm still interested.

I noticed the thin steel plate under the horn button is not flat. Is it supposed to be slightly concave? If so which end goes towards the steering wheel? Pic for reference but it's hard to pick up in a photo

I know on the 1987-1990 models the front upper seat belt used a plastic bushing of sorts. This was used behind the bolt head. I don't recall these being used on 1992 and up can anyone confirm? This is the connection to the roll bar. Thanks in advance
