If it is easier to trace by de-pinning it, I will do that.

I guess I will trace the other wires in the AC Plug and see if any of them are shorted out. The Dk Green wire has a wire-in and a wire-out on the plug. I will start there. I appreciate the help!

I rebuilt the starter and I cleaned and repainted the battery box. After that I started the Jeep up and ran it today! It ran extremely well. I didn't run it very long because the duel electric fans didn't kick as designed, so I am going to have to troubleshoot them tomorrow.
