1992 Jeep YJ 4.0 will not start

what brand of plugs are you using? is there a chance that you could takes some photos of eng bay and post, maybe we can spot something that might help, with all the hard work that you done, it got to be thing simple that is missed?

Since that picture I have installed belt and radiator
 
The only thing that comes to mind is you might have a weak coil. Since it is not firing on starting fluid or gas, maybe the spark is too weak.
 
I was blowing coils right and left on mine.

All made in China, would last weeks to months, maybe a yr.

Finally got a Blue Streak by Standard on it and it's been good since Apr 2020. Made in Poland.
