Cleaned and re-crimped the 2 pin sockets on the Crank Position Sensor (it's new). Seems to run a little better, still getting a mild stumble at 2k to 3k rpm. The last sensor i can swap out is the coolant temp sensor (the front one which goes to the ECU). Got parts this week. I know the ECU wants...

89 YJ Wrangler 2.5L - 19k miles on new engine. Runs great and has good power, except a slight stumble between 2k to 3k rpm. All vacuum leaks fixed. All sensors + TPS and Fuel Press Reg, and CPS replaced. Seems to run lean at mid range and part throttle. ECU rebuilt to new spec. Any ideas?

Ya, when I turn the Cable Knob, to engage the Front 4x4, the light goes on.

Thanks Guys! I had Jeep Doctor install a front 4x4 Cable, to get rid of the Vac System. So, that explains it. They cut it, since it was not needed.

Ya, it has only the 1 Vac Port on the front, and 1 signal wire out the bottom. It has to be some sort of 'Condition Switch'. Such as Ya, We Have Vacuum'! So I'm thinking it's an OK to Run Signal to the ECU...

Any Ideas!

Is it a Vaccuum Solenoid Valve, or a Vacuum Sensor?

This sensor, on my 89 YJ 2.5L, is on the Firewall below the battery, and near the Vacuum Canister. The PO pulled the Hose, and cut the Sensor Wire. It has a Ground Lead going to the Firewall. Could not find it in my Jeep YH FSM. Thanks in Advance for Info!

My 89 2.5L does not have a Fuel Rail, and I need to check the Fuel Pressure. Are there fittings, or a kit I can install, in order to connect my Fuel Pressure Gauge. I am told the pressure should be 14.6 psi, and excess should flow back to the tank via the return line. Do I have the lines labeled...

89 YJ has rough idle, but runs smooth in the higher RPM ranges. Pic attached of a Manifold and TBI (not mine but similar). When I spray Brake/Carb Cleaner at or near the Vacuum Tubes (arrow) the idle smooths out for a few seconds. Pretty sure this indicates a hairline crack in one of the tubes...
