YJ won't start

Hey all,
I need help. I just installed the engine on my Jeep. It cranks but it doesn’t run. I sprayed ether in the throttle body while cranking and I am not getting anything. I have spark with a test light, and I just put new injectors, distributor, plugs, and wires I’m hoping my timing is 180 degrees off. But I also see that my oil pressure shot up to 80psi with key on and not cranking. I didn’t label anything while taking the engine out, but I believe I put everything back where I took them out from. I also checked the fuses in the engine bay and all of them seem to be good. It cranks but doesn’t start. Seems like I’m missing fuel but I sprayed ether and it still wouldn’t fire. Thanks in advance for the help

What year?
What engine?
Rebuilt or from another Jeep.

1991, 4.0, it’s from another Jeep. Checked compression I have good compression before I took the engine out

First flip the distributor 180 deg. Easy and quick.

Check spark the old-fashioned way? You may be getting enough juice to set off a test light, but not enough to jump the gap at the plugs.
