Where can I purchase a relay?

I have a 91 there 2.5 4 cylinder. Is it normal for brand new relays from O’Reilly to be bad? Where do you purchase relays for this year and how can I find the exact ones this model uses? Thanks

The relays under the hood are just a standard 4 pin. You can buy them all over the place and you should even be able to buy the Mopar part number still I believe. I'd say it's unlikely for the O'Reilly one to be bad.

Yeah post up some more info for what's going on. Relays are pretty reliable and fairly standardized.
