Hi all
I'd like to give my JP Jeep a bit more of a 'wider wheeled' look.

I know, I know it-s a Jeep not a lowered Honda but I quite like the look of a little more tyre out the arch.

Any advice on safe sizes or effects it might have on handling or stress.

I'll never off road it afain and stick to main roads almost 100% of the time going to events and stuff.

Thanks all!
It wouldnt be excessive, just an inch or so max.

From a handling standpoint it will increase scrub radius a decent bit and might make the steering effort a bit higher. Might want to adjust your toe a bit further toe’d in to help combat the higher scrub radius.

Strength wise things are fine. The ball joints and wheel bearings may wear out quicker some day but people do much more stance with much larger tires and things still generally work, so I wouldn’t worry about it much. Get good quality spacers like Spidertrax and it’ll be okay.

I was obviously overthinking!
