Greetings, I just pulled a 2.5L from my 1988 yj for a Ls swap. It has 17k total miles. I just did the top end and has a wrist pin issue. I’m thinking about purchasing a blown engine or high mileage jeep to toss this in once I do the bottom. Will this only go into a TJ 2.5? I’m not looking into any crazy fabrication. Simple drop in. How bout a 2.5 TJ?

I have a 2.5L motor with 17k miles that I would like to drop into another Jeep I have yet to purchase and attempting to identify what this will easily fit in. Apologize for the confusion
