What PSI should I expect from the factory fuel pump?

Question for everyone. Does anyone know what pressure I can expect from the stock fuel pump? Im not asking what the motor needs (im assuming that there is a regulator at the motor that dumbs down the pressure for the motor. I need to know what kind of pressure I can expect before its dumbed down.
I have a CJ7 with a Proflow 4 fuel injection. Looking to buy a new gas tank and the one I bought is designed to use a YJ fuel pump. The edelbrock PF4 needs 58 psi so was hoping that this pump puts out at least that many psi

The stock fuel pump for a YJ typically generates around 13-15 psi. This is adequate for the factory carbureted systems, but as you mentioned, it's not enough for your Edelbrock PF4 fuel injection setup, which requires 58 psi.

If you're planning to use the YJ fuel pump for your setup, you'll likely need to look into aftermarket options or an adjustable fuel pressure regulator that can boost the pressure to meet your needs. Some people also opt for higher output fuel pumps specifically designed for fuel injection systems. Just make sure to verify compatibility with your tank and overall setup!

This reeks of AI. An 87-90 carbureted motor uses a timing chain driven mechanical fuel pump that generates probably the 13-15 psi you mentioned without me checking the specs. The majority of YJs including 87-95 2.5L and 91-95 4.0L use a, roughly speaking, 100 psi fuel pump.

As for fuel pressure regulators, regulators reduce fuel pressure. They cannot boost pressure. If your pump cannot put out the pressure you need, then you need a stronger pump. You can’t fix that with a regulator.

So whether or not what the OP got will work depends entirely on what actual pump he got.
