Starter relay #2

My 90 YJ has no response when I turn the key. Battery is fully charged. And there's no "click".
It happened before. Turned out to be a failed starter relay. I replaced it. Things were fine.
I'm thinking it's failed again, based on no response.
Any idea what would kill the starter relay?

Is the relay getting power when you turn the key? It could be the ignition switch half way down the steering column or one if the many connectors.

"made in china" would be my first guess. Id also check all your grounds.
