I’ve been looking at roof racks for a Overlander build rooftop tent. I’m a 35yr machinist & im thinking about just building my own but I think 2inch dome is a little over kill for a rooftop tent & other small gear. What do yall think??

I've never seen this before but just watched a video from a young guy who absolutely loaded up his YJ with a roof rack and tent and enough supplies to travel the wilderness for a month.
And to think I only go grocery shopping down the road.
