I have a 94 yj. Recently it stalled out while driving. The brake warning light turned before it stalled. I have power but it will not turn over. I'm really confused could this be the pcm

When turn the key to the run position without cranking the engine, does the check engine light come on?
The light comes on then turns off like it should. We I pulled the codes I got 12, 33, and 55. Which the battery has not been dead to cause the 12. There is no ac for the 33
That is bizarre. The brake warning lamp does nothing except indicate either the parking brake is set, the brake fluid has air or a leak, or that you turned the key to start. that's a really weird issue if it's lighting the brake light before shutting down. I don't see how that would be a PCM issue even but maybe a short somewhere? Not sure, going to need to grab the meter and do some testing I think.
