Need info on installing four point seat harness

Want to install a four point seat and harness in my '95 YJ...Question I have, Are there hard points already set to bolt the harness to the bucket?
Or do you have to install a bracket of some kind? Any and all help is GREATLY appreciated!!

The two shoulder harness connection points that I have seen mounted were attached to a horizontal bar behind the front seats that was added to the roll cage. The bar is best set at a height just above the drivers shoulders. This is to prevent compression on the body in a rollover. I’m not sure about the other attachment points.
