Replaced the instrument cluster circut board on 1990 wrangler YJ. Rookie mistake, did not disconnect the battery. Placing the instrument cluster back into dash, it shorted out. Now the engine will not turn over. Starting with fuses first, any other suggestions or am I totally screwed?

So the starter won’t crank at all?
It’s almost a 99% chance you’re not totally screwed. Probably popped a fuse that shares with the starter relay.
