High beam indicator in dash doesn't come on need for inspection headlights switch but doesn't show on dash..TIA

Maybe a bad high beam indicator bulb. Either that or wiring issue from the high beam indicator circuit that runs from dimmer switch output to the idiot light cluster.

I had a few lights that didnt work on my 91. I found the bulb base and socket coated with dust and the the bulbs loose. Pull the cover, pull the bulbs and blow them out and clean the bulb connections. Inspections eh, glad there not here in KY. if they ever come here just another reason to leave.
Can check the gauge cluster connector for voltage on the high beam wire when you turn the high beams on. Pin 17; red/gray wire on a 1995, not sure on your year.
Could also be the circuit ribbon, or as stated above bulb sockets, etc.
