GM steering column for 1989 YJ (2.5L)

I touched upon this subject before but...

Does anyone have a line on the GM steering column used in YJs in some models. My YJ was assembled in Canada. I want to convert to intermittent wipers but need the GM column and probably other components. Any advice will be appreciated.

Have you considered a Intermittent wiper control module ? like this one..Dennis Carpenter ford restoration parts
