I have a 2014 Jeep Wrangler sport, with a v-6, that has been sitting in a garage for three years. What all do I need to do to get this thing started and back running?? I know this isn't a YJ, but thought I would ask some jeep people anyway.

Well, does it start? If it starts and runs fine, then you don’t need to do anything. If it doesn’t then you need to figure out what’s wrong.

That's about the size of it. Does it turn over? Why was it parked? Check the intake system for rat/mice nests for sure. If it wont run Id say start with a boogered fuel system. Id also change the oil as soon as you got it running.
If a 2014 JK doesn't run already, you probably made a poor choice. Unless you paid a few hundred dollars for it. A 10 year old Jeep that's been sitting because it doesn't run has big problems written all over it.
