Fuel Tube

My fuel pressure regulator tube is rotted. What else can I use to replace this tube or does anyone have one? It is a discontinued part

You might try deadjeep.com, FB marketplace or your local wrecking yard.
Do Cherokees use the same part? Those things are broke down all over the countryside.

It looks like you might be able to get an aftermarket regulator and attach a piece of vacuum hose.

From the picture it looks to me like break line would work.

If all you need is the elbow, most parts stores have a selection.

If the plastic pipe is also bad, you can replace it with rubber vacuum hose.

Somebody had those vacuum harnesses in stock awhile back though. I'll see if I can find it.

I had the same issue on my 94 "Golddigger", I went to Advance Auto Parts and looked for the variety pack of vacuum elbows... Part number 47431 (for the pack). Paid $7. And used the closest to the size
