Any idea where this odd noise might be coming from?

I'm trying to figure out this odd noise. If anyone recognizes it; please let me know.

I have pulled the alternator and belt with no change. My next move is to remove the water pump/power steering belt off to see if it makes a difference. If so then put the belt back on and remove the fan clutch.

I'm wondering if it could be a worn fan clutch even though it didn't make this noise before I swapped in this new 4.0 longblock to replace the bad 4.2 engine.

 
For strange sounds like that I use a wooden broom stick or PVC pipe as a stethoscope to listen to sound to pinpoint the location. Just be super careful near the moving fan blades. It's great for listening to injectors, alternators, pump, valves, rockers, and anything that moves. Put one end to your ear and the other on whatever you want to hear.

That is a strange noise. I think you pump belt will help determin where it is.
