I have this connector under my das and not sure what it is. I think maybe a obd1 connector but not sure. Looking for help.

Doesn't look OBD related at all to me, looks like something aftermarket someone added, maybe for an alarm or something. That is definitely not factory.
It appears to be wired into the wiring harness. I guess it could be an after market harness. My son knows the original owner perhaps he could shed some light on it
It looks like an anti-theft device from back in the 1990's and when not plugged in you couldn't start it.security starter disable
