It’s time to sell my ‘classic’ Jeep; we need to make room for a newer one. I have owned it for a little more than 3 years, and it’s sad to let it go. I’ve worked on restoring and refreshing many of its 30-year-old parts so you don’t have to. Doors on or off, top up or down, it’s been a lot of fun and very reliable.
4.0 L 6-cylinder motor, AX-15 5-sp. manual transmission
Full steel doors
Bestop “Supertop” soft top (spice) 1 year old
191,xxx miles
Fully functional 4x4, 4Lo and 4Hi
2.5” spring lift with OME shocks; 30” tires (Yokohama all-terrains), near new tread
Frame and tub have only trace superficial rust. Windshield frame has 2 spots of moderate rust. Paint is in good condition for age.
Regular maintenance/fluid changes, and many parts replaced during my ownership.
