Hello all, my sons 89 YJ clutch has been going to the floor, no pressure, after pulling over and pumping the clutch several times he can build pressure back up. Was told when he purchased that clutch was just replaced. Any help would be appreciated.

The problem is in the hydraulic section of the clutch activation. If you are able to pump it up, it sounds like it may need to be blead . It could also be a small leak.

The reason for the breakdown is a small plastic tank that you will find under the hood next to the servo
