There were two OEM mirrors and neither of them looked like that. Which ones did you need? hard doors used small mirrors and half doors used large mirrors. The large mirrors from the YJ are discontinued but the 2003+ Tj mirrors are still made and can replace the old large ones. They are better as the glass floats inside the housing rather than adjusting the housing.
The small mirrors on the hard doors are not made new, have to come up with something creative or used from eBay, or install hinges that let you bolt on the bigger mirrors.

It's a windshield mounted mirror, I've found a few pics of other YJs with this mirror. I can't find any markings on this mirror to track it down or any mirror that matches this mount.
