    It did come with that, and it says that after 5/94, then it shouldn't require a shim because it's the newer mitsubishi starters, not the older bosch starters, so your '92 would require it, by my '95 shouldnt. The diag sounds are dependent on it starting, which all I'm getting is the single click...
