I would get more salt from driving on Long Island roads in the winter. When I drive on the beach I stay away from the water. I just finished repairing the chassis. There were holes everywhere. That’s just from driving in the winter.

Thank you guys for your input. I was thinking of only doing the front. My brothers 88 yj stock base model was fine on the beach. But I just want that extra insurance. Also I’m retiring this spring. I might want to try some trails in the Catskills in New York. Thanks again!!!

I’m finally starting my project YJ. Living on the south shore of Long Island takes it toll on chassis’s. I’m 75% finished with welding in the repair kits. I think it would’ve been faster and easier to build my own half chassis. I bought pretty much ever kit for yj’s that taboo customs makes lol.
