Thanks Gilaguy, when it was all together it was hard to tell and my measurements were based on using a tape measure and eyeballing from spring eye to spring eye. It also had a 3” body lift and 35’s, so measures from the ground up were hard for me to estimate based on what stock would be.

Pulling a cord from spring eye center to spring eye center and measuring down to top of leaf spring at axle is 7 1/2". There is no weight of course, but what would be the opinion of the lift kit experts on the amount of lift over factory? When it was on the jeep my best guess was 4" but I could...

Got old frame stripped down and hauled it away. Really have been needing the room to continue on with this project.

Well I found the American Discovery Trail or ADT, it runs right past me but it is a non motorized trail. I think that I found the one your talking about Trans American Trail. It also comes almost to my door, I’ll be checking this out.

The American Trail, sorry to admit this is the first that I’ve heard of it. I’ll have to check this out.
