Black smoke…Might be running rich, tighten manifold and check for missing bolts, especially on the furthest two

Be sure to soak the bolt with pb blaster to get it ready for removal

Machine shops that are affordable and do great work are getting hard to find. If it were me I would turn in yours as a core and get a remanufactured one from autozone.

I have not found new OEM anything for the yj lately. For sensors, I have gone with autozone as they have a lifetime warranty. No issues with any after several years.

Try adding some marvel mystery oil: Follow the directions on the bottle and then change your oil again.

I just replaced my tie rods and drag link with a kit from Rusty’s off-road. Anyone running their Jeep without the steering stabilizer? Any issues driving on road or off-road?

Is it the correct rotation for your water pump?
