New tires on it? Do you have a top? Windows for the doors? If no, I would post it for $9000 and take $8500.

Have the starter tested for free at an auto parts store, as the solenoid may be faulty. Autozone has done it for me in the past. If it is fine then you may have a damaged flywheel…or perhaps misaligned

Welcome. For starters I would just do a basic tune up and oil change, then start enjoying it. The, “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it,” approach is a good way to start, as things will eventually need fixing along the way.
