I have a pickup truck cargo net stretched across the ceiling in my utility room, thats where I store my soft top & windows, along with some other rarely used items. Its up and out of the way and doesn't interfere with anything. The frame once folded up, just leans against the wall in the same room.

Yeah, I've never been too crazy for the Islander or the Renegade, but damn, that Islander has swayed me. Very nice job. If it were mine, it would be a keeper, and I have a nice looking & running black 93 with the 4.0.

My wife likes to drive the YJ, but she is also a little short and couldnt depress the clutch all the way to the floor. I have the Corbeau seats and bracket that adjust enough for here to be able to depress the gas and brake pedals, also a tilt wheel. But, she was just a little shy for the clutch...

I've seen others that have cut an access panel for the same reasons. Its not something I'd do, but I'm in Florida and have good weather year round, no mountains here to get stranded in either.

Yep, its hard to think with your head and not think with your heart with these YJ's. Once you have one, you're hooked. My YJ is not my primary vehicle either. I pretty much use mine as a weekend driver too (I'm about 45 minutes from the beach). But I enjoy driving it so much, I'm always looking...

The plug should be on the firewall to the right of the brake master cylinder/clutch fluid reservoir, thats where its at on my 93. If its not there, one of them might have cut it off not knowing what it was.

93 YJ 4.0 5 speed manual with Dana 30 & 35. After getting this jeep 3 months ago, I've been going through it, changing fluids and fixing things that needed attention. Next and last thing is the differential oil, I was just curious what you all are using, there's a lot of different brands out there.

As a general rule a winch should be rated at a minimum of 1.5 times the weight of your vehicle. I have the Quadratec 9500i, its about 4 years old and was on the Jeep when I bought it. Another good thing to keep in mind is how much cable it can hold, the more the better for obvious reasons.

Mine doesnt have one, and I dont know it it ever came covered from the factory, but the edges are not sharp on mine either.

I know the booster seat wouldnt work due to no head support. But Just curious, is there a reason a Childs seat wouldn't work with the stock YJ rear seat since you have the shoulder restraint seat belts thats used to hold the seat in place?
