    NP231 Rebuild Kit

Hey guys/gals I’m getting ready to rebuild my t-case. It’s a 91 2 NP231 in my 92 YJ Sahara. What kits would you recommend? I already have an sye kit that I’m installing upon rebuild. Any input will be appreciated. Thanks.

    Rocky-Road 100% bolt-on SOA kit

When did Jeep do away with the 4th leaf spring? I guess that’s why it’s not very complicated!

    Rocky-Road 100% bolt-on SOA kit

Wow that’s insane. Ya I would rather pay the price for new complete Dana 44’s rather than finding old used Dana 44’s and then having someone fab all of the stuff to bolt under a YJ.

    1992 Jeep YJ fuel rail

Does anyone make an aftermarket fuel rail with the return line? Has anyone switched to a newer fuel rail that only has the fuel line? If so how do you fix the return line and where do you put the fuel pressure regulator?

    Rocky-Road 100% bolt-on SOA kit

Ya that’s why I’m going to buy too. No worries of breaking. That sucks no on board air. Ya they give a lot of different options to work with.

    Rocky-Road 100% bolt-on SOA kit

Oh nice that sounds like it’s going to be a beast of an axle. That’s why I like ECGS because of the options they have. For the YJ I can chose SOA or SUA which I haven’t decided what route to go. What is your opinion between ARB and OX lockers? I just grew up hearing of only ARB. If there is a...

The company name is East Coast Gear Supply if anyone was interested.

    Rocky-Road 100% bolt-on SOA kit

Nice thanks for the input. I have done a lot of searching and found this place East Coast Supply and they build custom bolt up Dana 44’s. I think that’s their name. I will have to look and repost if it’s different.

    Rocky-Road 100% bolt-on SOA kit

Ya I’m only going to be doing mild wheelin. Im undecided on what tire size I’m going to run but it will be 33’s or 35’s. I’m eventually going to be buying crate Dana 44’s for the front and rear with arb lockers and a 4.56 gear ratio. I’m planning on going to Moab and doing some of the easier...

    Rocky-Road 100% bolt-on SOA kit

Has anyone used or looked into this SOA Kit? It’s cheaper than getting the Rubicon Express 4.5” extreme duty lift kit. I can also get a heavy duty steering kit included for $1399.

    Trans/Oil coolers

That looks like a smooth installation. Thanks for your feedback. I am planning on going to electric fan just to free up that little bit from the O.E. clutch fan.

    Trans/Oil coolers

What are your opinions on transmission and oil coolers? I’m in the process of replacing a lot of the old parts in my engine bay. I had my 4.0 rebuilt with bigger better internals and had the head rebuilt bigger. I’m planning on getting a remote transmission cooler. I’m undecided on if a new...

Hi my name is Justin. Been into Jeeps ever since I was a little kid. I bought a 1992 YJ Sahara when I was able to. I’m in the process of rebuilding my Jeep so I can take it to Moab and go 4wheelin around my local areas.
