the tears can be fixed with a small patch of canvas and super glue. had same problem in past. work good. the gap over your door i have no ideal.

it has always been my understanding if no CEL, the PCM is out. you need to sent CHRIS, the forum director a personal message and get his expert crew on this problem. it something real simple, you just haven hit on it yet. keep us informed.

what does your code say. do you have a cel showing? make sure all of the wire are pluged in tightly. i would check to see if CPS is properly installed.

how old are you battery cable. you wrote, when you move battery cable you get effects, stick or automatic /does your battery have full charge?

my is still stock. i have rode in wranglers with one or both removed, i will stay with stock.

i may be wrong on this, but vacuum need for power master cylinder is 16-18, and top is 22. could you have a vac leak in master?
