What are these lines going to the valve cover on 95 YJ?

OEM is nice but as your finding its likely never to be found. I dont see why you cant use a good quality fuel/vapor proof type hose of correct size.

What are these lines going to the valve cover on 95 YJ?

I'll add that line to the valve covers fitting has a pretty small orifice, like less than a 1/16" in it if its like the other 2 YJ's Ive had. Get a small drill bit/wire,whatever and make sure its open/clear. DO not make it bigger with a drill though.

Trying to figure out fuel connection to Chinese 2100 carburetor

China FUBAR'ed threads? Unfortunately there are Metric barb fittings and maybe thats how it was threaded. It leaking when running? There are a couple fuel proof Permatex products available if needed.

Howell TBI conversion kit fuel pump won’t work

Probably poking in the dark here but does or did the tach work? Jeeps can us a fuse to power something you'd never guess, so check every fuse, under the hood too. This might also be a perfect opportunity to hide a pump power supply switch hidden somewhere for anti theft purposes. If the engine...

Howell TBI conversion kit fuel pump won’t work

I had a cj7 with the howell kit. for the most part it used chevy 4.3 parts with an inline electric fuel pump tapped into a hot when key on line. Im curious on a YJ how they do it but IIRC howell offers instructions on their website.

Howell TBI conversion kit fuel pump won’t work

Verify you have power to the pump when the key is in run. It may be a dead pump, if it is call Howell.

    High beams

I had a few lights that didnt work on my 91. I found the bulb base and socket coated with dust and the the bulbs loose. Pull the cover, pull the bulbs and blow them out and clean the bulb connections. Inspections eh, glad there not here in KY. if they ever come here just another reason to leave.

Any ideas what this connects to?

Ive had 2 yj's and do recall several wire plugs that went to nothing yet everything worked. IMO there was some differences in builds for export or otherwise and they used the same harness on all of them.

Need Advice On Next Steps – 1989 YJ 2.5L Cranks But Won’t Start

On my YJ's I found it wasn't the bulb being bad, but the connection was dirty enough to make them not light. Them bulbs are little tiny SOB's.

25 years is a long time to sit for sure. It do sound like a fuel delivery issue for sure. Are you getting fuel to the fuel injector? It itself might be completely corroded and/or gummed up and plugged off. Rockauto has parts for the TBI systems which can be tricky.

    Winch to heavy?

No, that 100 lbs of winch or metal cable is not the issue. Sounds more like a PS steering issue or something binding up. Ive put winches on every CJ/YJ/TJ ive owned and it never made a difference steering wise.

Need Advice On Next Steps – 1989 YJ 2.5L Cranks But Won’t Start

First off is this new to you? Been sitting a long time? Past history, head gaskets, over heating kinda thing. If your getting spark and you introduce fire water (gas) and it tires to start but wont, Id try some more cause it should fire for a little bit. If it never does Id be thinking valve...
