Good buy?

I'm just getting into the Jeep thing.

I'm looking at a 95 Wrangler yj, 2.5L 5 speed. Won't start, claims it's a fuel pump issue(can't hear it when ignition is turned and it will start on starter fluid (ugh)). Has a new radiator, water pump, brake booster, exhaust, Master and slave clutch cylinders, MAP sensor, and O2 sensors. 102k with no rust. It has a bikini and soft top but he's not sure if it has all the hardware. It looks good and I'm going to check it out this weekend. What's it possibly worth considering it hasn't been running for up to 2 years. I don't think it's worth 3k.

pretty good looking wrangler. in Mo, or where i live 100000 miles is no big deal. if it was running the price is not bad. i would certain want to hear it run,because the motor could bad, transmission ? pass inspection? there are some real experts on this forum that can give you a more complete list of what other thing need to be check. good luck

That's the only real issue(not running) I have but I do all my own work on my cars. I guess I'm trying to justify how much I'm willing to spend. Thanks for the input
 
Probably not, but I'm not worried about investing in parts as long as it isn't too much. And if I can get my money back if it doesn't work I'll be ok with that. That's why I don't want to put in to much to start
