Have a 95 YJ and my wiper stalk has broken three times. I was wondering if I could just replace it with a button and have buttons that would do my blinker, my brights, and my windshield wipers?

Sure it will just take some sorting of the wiring and finding the right type of switches that you need. Grote used to make a hang on the column stand alone turn signal switch with indicator lights on the unit. I sold a lot of them in the 80s at the auto parts store that I worked in back then. A few years back I ran across them on the Grote website while looking for some replacement tail lights. Might be just the ticket for your turn signals at least.
