Would you pay almost 40k for this YJ?

While I respect the build, I'm not into rolling Jungle gyms. For that price, I'd want a TJ Rubicon frame with the clean body of the YJ on top.
All negative talk aside, my dream, $ no object build would be a YJ unlimited on a LJ Rubicon chassis, but with a 4.0/AW4 and everything else from the Rubicon underneath.
