What's with the rubber duck thing?

Everywhere I look on forums and Jeep related stuff, are references to Rubber Ducks and even Sasquatches. What am I missing here?

Back at the beginning of Covid, some lady in Canada was bored and decided to put a duck on someone’s Jeep with a message that said she liked their Jeep. Apparently it took off. I should have bought stock in ducks.

Ok, kinda strange, but, stranger things have happened.

And Sasquatches? I've lost track of all of the Sasquatch decals and stickers and emblems for Jeeps.

It's some stupid trend started by JK and JL owners. Started by a woman if I recall (because no man would ever start a trend like this ).
