What should I pay for this 95 YJ?

Hello,
Im thinking about buying a Clean 95 YJ 4 cylinder Automatic... it has no rust, but does not have a soft or hard top.
It does have a few upgrades like both full and aftermarket doors, Soundbar, New seats, aftermarket wheels and tires and a few small upgrades.

My Question is what would be a good deal ?

Pretty speculate what its worth is. Rust? Miles? Abuse or not? A new complete top is not cheap these days. Most stuff Ive seen worth the trouble is 6K on the low end up to 10K. Paying a lot does not always mean a good, but paying a little typically means beat. 4 bangers are worth less, the AX5, 5 speeds are weakish. Big tires kill power. Post a pic and we all can size it up for you.
