What is this?

I ordered some axle shafts from Rusty’s. It came with another box with my bearings ect and this! It obviously doesn’t go to an axle but I’ve no idea what it is. Tried to send back to no avail. I’d chunk it but I don’t know what it is. Hate to toss something someone could use. Anyone know?

it has zero to do with JEEP or FCA
I posted the gear box manual on it. one can see it just above in the link, to it.
It is a EATON box part.
