Purchased a a 2100 carb and trying to figure out the fuel supply connection on the carb. threads look good but cannot put a 1/8"-5/16 barb fitting. ran a thread chaser and felt ok. Any ideas?

China FUBAR'ed threads? Unfortunately there are Metric barb fittings and maybe thats how it was threaded. It leaking when running? There are a couple fuel proof Permatex products available if needed.
no, did not mess the threads up, finally found it is an AN4 fitting, but thanks for your reply
