I have a 94 yj 4.0L, performance wise it is stock. I have a 62 mm throtle body and a msd blaster series ignition coil on the way. Any suggestions on what I should regap my spark plugs to after this or just leave them at .035?

No offence there but you may want to google "MSD coil failure" Seems for some time there have been unexplained multiple failures of them. Keep your stocker with you in case and some tools to swap it back.
From MSD. As a rule of thumb, it is recommended to increase the plug gap by .005” - .010” followed by testing and tuning. Keep in mind that larger spark plug gaps also place increasing demands on the secondary portion of the ignition system including the distributor cap and rotor, coil wire, and spark plug wires. They should all be in top condition and checked periodically during the race season. Remember that electricity takes the path of least resistance to a ground so if the gap is too large the spark may short to another point with less resistance.
