Should transmission oil be coming out the back up light switch hole?

Should oil be leaking out the back up light switch, got the new crush washer and when I took the old switch out, the oil poured out, stuck my finger on the hole, put the new washer on the sensor with my free hand and put it back in, is this normal? I even had Jeep jacked up about 10 inches on passenger side. seems odd
 
Better google a few picks. The drain and BLS are on the passenger side, the switch has 2 wires coming out of it. The fill is on the drivers side. Compare and I believe you'll see you are overfilled thus the leakage.
