Just in case someone else runs into this. Had to replace rear joint on my 93 and purchased a spicer 5-153X which is supposed to be correct, but was not right for my 35C rear. The length of the cross in different at the yoke. Ended up with a Napa. SKF#UJ353. Only mention this in case someone else has that issue.
I seem to be running rich judging by the odor. Does the fuel regulator on the fuel rail control this? All tune up stuff has been done. Don't see any leaks, Exhaust pipe is sooty.
