Random knocking noise and strong vibrations

Hi everyone,
I can post the video of my 93 YJ 2.5 5 speed. When given throttle, it will randomly make a knocking noise somewhere underneath the Jeep. It does not really sound like an engine knock. I think it has something to do with the exhaust. It looks like the exhaust hanger by the skid plate is snapped, but I am not sure. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

If anyone is interested in a somewhat cheap YJ that is in good shape, runs and shifts good, hmu. 4k obo. Done with it nickel and diming me. I'm in Northern Indiana.

I was gonna sell either way, I need a truck more than the Jeep, I just didn't know if anyone had any ideas of what the noise could be so that I could fix it

Hard to say, but I suggest the above as well. Lift it up and chase the sound. To me, It sounds like something rattling externally of the engine, such as exhaust or some other external item. Don’t sell it yet, although if I lived closer to Indiana, would consider.

Thanks for the reply. I eventually found out that it was the exhaust hanger right under the skid plate. To replace it I would have to drop the skid plate, and I did not care enough to do it since it was not a big deal, just an annoying rattling noise ever now and then
