This question concerns the Oil pressure SWITCH sensor, NOT the oil pressure sending unit that registers oil pressure on the gauge. The connector came loose and dangled in the air, but I had no operational change or abnormal indication. Made me wonder, what does this switch do? I'm considering removing the entire sensor. This is for a 1990 YJ, 4.2 L. It left the factory with a carburetor and gobs of emissions control junk, but has been converted to Fuel Injection using the Mopar kit. THANKS!
